Your site's software stays up to date, so known vulnerabilities stay closed.

Your site is saved regularly, so it can be restored if something goes wrong.

We keep an eye on whether your site is reachable and working properly.
Small text changes
New opening hours or an updated text? Send it over, we change it.
Monthly report
A short report every month: what was done and how the site is doing.

Every question gets a written answer within one working day.
What it costs
A fixed monthly fee. You get it in your quote within one working day. Cancel monthly, no annual contract.
Not included: a 24/7 fault service. We deliberately do not offer one, because we only promise what we can deliver. Larger changes, such as new pages or features, are not included either. For those you first get a fixed price.

Frequently asked questions
- Is maintenance required?
- No. Maintenance is optional. After delivery you have the login details and an explanation, and you can carry on yourself.
- Can I stop whenever I want?
- Yes. Maintenance can be cancelled monthly. There is no annual contract.
- Are you available 24/7?
- No. We reply within one working day, in writing. If your site is down, report it as a fault: you get an answer within 12 hours, evenings and weekends included.
- What is in the monthly report?
- What we did that month, and how your site is doing. Short and in plain language.
