What we keep about you, and why

Last updated: 24 September 2026

Dimensa is a digital technology company registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 99562170. This site asks for as little data as possible. Below is exactly what we keep, what for, for how long, and who else has access to it.

The quote form

When you request a quote we keep what you type in yourself: your name, your email address, your message and the service you pick. Company name and phone number are optional. We use this only to answer your request and, if it turns into a project, to carry that project out.

Your request is stored encrypted with our hosting provider Vercel, in storage that is not public. Dimensa also receives an email with your request, sent through Resend. We keep requests for at most two years after the last contact, or less if you ask.

The legal basis is simple: you ask us something, and without your details we cannot answer. For a project that is the performance of a contract; for a request that does not become a project, our legitimate interest in replying properly.

WhatsApp

The WhatsApp button opens a chat with Dimensa's business number. What you send there falls under WhatsApp's (Meta's) terms and privacy policy. We keep those conversations on Dimensa's phone for as long as the request or project runs.

Email to Dimensa

When you email info@dimensa.dev, your mail lands in our mailbox at Google Workspace. An automated assistant on our own server (Hetzner, Germany) reads new mail every morning, and sometimes in between: the sender, the subject and the first 700 characters of the text. That way we see right away what matters and what is advertising.

To make that call, that piece of text goes to the AI model Claude by Anthropic (USA), which turns it into a one-line summary. Important mail arrives as a short alert on Dimensa's business phone, through the service ntfy.sh. Advertising and automated notifications are archived, never deleted. Their sender and subject go into a log on our server, so such a mail can always be restored. A reply or an appointment only goes out after we have approved it ourselves.

The assistant uses the connection to Google (the API) only for this: reading, sorting and archiving mail, sending a reply and adding an appointment to the calendar. Dimensa's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use that data for advertising and we sell it to no one.

Visitor statistics, without cookies

We use Vercel Analytics to see which pages are visited and from what kind of device. It works without cookies and without building a profile of you: your IP address is not stored and you cannot be identified as a person. That is why this site has no cookie banner.

This site sets no tracking cookies and contains no advertising scripts. The 3D background and the videos are served from our own hosting.

Hosting and processors

The site and the storage of requests run on Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA). Email notifications go through Resend. Dimensa's business mailbox runs on Google Workspace. Data processing agreements under the GDPR are in place with all three; where data may leave the EU, it does so under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. For the email assistant above we also work with Hetzner (server, Germany), Anthropic (AI model, USA) and ntfy.sh (phone alerts).

We do not sell or share your data with anyone else. No advertisers, no lists.

Your rights

You can always ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. One email is enough; we reply within a month, usually much faster.

If you feel we are not handling your data properly, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your own supervisory authority. Feel free to contact us first; we usually resolve it within a week.

Changes

If anything changes in what we keep or who we work with, we update this page and the date at the top. Bigger changes are also flagged at the form itself.
