How it works

How we work: from request to delivery

On this page, you can read how a project works with us, whether it is a website, a web app, an AI integration or a dashboard. From your first request to delivery.

You get a fixed price and a fixed date in advance. We only build after you approve. That way, you know what you get and when it will be ready.

  1. Step 1

You tell us what you need

You fill in the quote form. It takes about two minutes. You do not need to know exactly what you need yet.

You can also choose “something else” and describe your situation. Thinking along costs nothing. We respond within one working day with a price or a few short questions.

  2. Step 2

    We make clear agreements

After that, we have a short conversation. This can be by phone or in writing. You have one dedicated point of contact who works on your project personally. There is no account manager in between.

After that conversation, you get one document. It states what we build, what it costs and when it will be ready. That price and date are fixed.

  3. Step 3

    We build a test version

We only start after you approve the proposal. During the build, you do not have to email back and forth constantly. You get to see one test version.

After that, you get one revision round. You tell us what still needs to be different. We process those points, and only then do you approve the website going live.

  4. Step 4

    It goes live

After your approval, we put everything online. You get the login details and an explanation of what you can manage yourself.

That completes the project. Do you not want to worry about it after that? That is what Maintenance is for, for a fixed monthly fee.

What we need from you

You do not need to have texts, photos or a logo ready. A logo is included with a business website. If anything else is missing, we include it in the proposal: we make it, or we agree who will provide it.

Do you already have texts, photos or a brand identity? Then we use them. Do you already have a domain name? That is fine too. If not, we discuss it in the conversation.

So you do not have to figure everything out yourself first. Choose “something else” in the form and describe your situation.

How long it takes

A business website is ready within 10 working days after approval. Your logo is included.

For a 3D website, the fixed price and date are stated in the proposal.

A web app starts with a paid consultation. That amount is deducted from the project if you continue. The consultation is also successful if the outcome is “do not build”.

All services are in the overview of our services. What a 3D website is and who it works for is on 3D websites.

What if…

I do not know what I need yet?
That is not a problem. Describe your situation in your own words, without technical terms. We ask a few short questions and think along with you. You pay nothing for that.
I am not satisfied with the test version?
You get one revision round before the website goes live. You only approve the website going live after we have made the agreed changes.
And after delivery?
The website is online and you have the login details and explanation. Maintenance is optional, for a fixed monthly fee, with a response within one working day in writing. We do not offer a 24/7 fault service. We deliberately do not promise that.
Something broken on an existing Next.js or Vercel site? You get an answer within 12 hours, evenings and weekends included. First a diagnosis at a fixed price, then you hear what the repair costs.
