Every payment integration is custom work, so you get a quote made to measure. You begin with a paid consultation: we look at how you get paid today and what you want, and you get our advice in writing. If you go ahead, that fee comes off the job, and you get a fixed price before we start building.
Not included: the payment provider's own fees. You pay those directly to the provider, not to us. We are not a payment provider, and the money never passes through us.

- Which payment provider do you use?
- Stripe is one example we know well. If you already have a provider, or another one suits your customers better, we discuss it in the consultation.
- Will card details end up on my website?
- No. Payment details are handled by the payment provider, not by your own site. We build it that way on purpose.
- What if a payment fails?
- Then your system knows that too. What happens next, such as a retry or a message to the customer, we agree in the plan.
- My payments have stopped working. Can you help?
- Yes, but then Website repair is the fastest route. There you get an answer within 12 hours, also in the evening and at weekends.
