API integrations
Get your software talking, so nobody retypes data
An API is the door through which two programs exchange data. We build the connection: an order from your web shop appears in your accounting by itself, a new booking lands in your schedule by itself.
Without an integration, that work is yours. You copy, paste and retype, and every time a mistake can creep in. A good integration takes the work away and tells you when something goes wrong.
Sound familiar?
- You retype the same data from one program into another.
- Your books fall behind because orders have to be entered by hand.
- Two systems show different numbers, and nobody knows which one is right.
- Your software has an API, but nobody has ever used it.
What we build
Two systems connected
Data moves from A to B automatically, for example from your web shop to your accounting.
The moment it happens
A new order or sign-up triggers the next step straight away, not at the end of the day.
Data kept in sync
Changed a customer, product or price? Then it's right in every connected system afterwards.
Alerts on errors
If a transfer fails, you get an alert. Nothing disappears silently.
An API for your own app
Does your app or portal need an API so other software can reach it? We build that too.
Written explanation
You get a short description of what the integration does, so someone else can follow it later.
What it gets you
Less retyping
The dull copy work happens on its own. You keep more time for customers.
One version of the truth
Your systems show the same data. No more arguing over which number is right.
Problems get noticed
If something stalls, you hear about it. Not weeks later.
What it costs
Every integration is custom work, so you get a quote made to measure. You begin with a paid consultation: we look at the systems you have and what they can do, and you get our advice in writing. If you go ahead, that fee comes off the job, and you get a fixed price before we start building.
Not every program has an API, or exposes everything through it. We check that first, and if something can't be done, we tell you straight. Subscriptions for the software itself are paid directly to the provider.
How it works
Step 1
Consultation
Which programs do you use, and what do you retype today? You get our advice in writing.
Step 2
Plan and fixed price
You see which data goes where, when, and what it costs.
Step 3
Build and test
We build the integration and test it with real data before switching it on.
Step 4
Switched on
The integration runs. You get the written explanation and know what to do when an alert comes in.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I know if my software has an API?
- You don't need to find out yourself. Tell us which programs you use in the consultation, and we'll check what's possible.
- What if one of the programs changes?
- Then the integration may need adjusting. The error alert will tell you. You get a fixed price for the change first.
- Is my data safe?
- The integration only gets the access it needs, nothing more. The plan states which data goes where.
- Wouldn't an off-the-shelf connector be better?
- Sometimes, yes. If a good ready-made option exists for your situation, we'll say so in the consultation. Custom work is for when it doesn't.
