Automation
Automate repetitive work, so no step gets forgotten again
A lot of work in a business goes the same way every time. A request comes in, someone adds it to a list, creates a customer record, sends a confirmation and puts a reminder in the calendar.
Fixed steps like these can run on their own. We set up your work so data moves along by itself, following rules you know and can read back. Often you don't even need AI for it.
Sound familiar?
- You retype the same details from one system into another.
- Reminders and follow-up emails depend on whoever happens to remember.
- Things sometimes go wrong because someone skipped a step.
- Your team spends hours on admin instead of on customers.
What we set up for you
Your process on paper
We map how the work runs today, and show which steps could run on their own.
Data that moves along
A request on your website lands straight in your customer system, without anyone retyping it.
Messages at the right moment
Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups go out automatically, on time.
Documents that fill themselves
Quotes, confirmations or job sheets, with the right details already in.
A heads-up on exceptions
If something doesn't fit the rules, you get an alert instead of it sitting there.
Built on what you have
We work with the systems you already use, such as your accounting, online store, calendar or CRM.
What it gets you
Fewer mistakes
What runs on fixed rules never skips a step.
Time for the real work
Your team has more time for customers and their craft.
A process that's written down
Everyone knows how it works, because it's fixed and can be read back.
What it costs
Every automation is custom work. You begin with a paid consultation: we map your process and tell you which steps are worth automating. You get our advice in writing. If you go ahead, that fee comes off the job, and you get a fixed price before we start building.
Not everything needs to be automatic. Steps where a person really has to think stay with you. Subscriptions for systems you already use, you keep paying directly to that provider.
How it works
Step 1
Consultation
You show us how the work runs today. You get our advice in writing.
Step 2
Design and fixed price
You see which steps will run on their own, which won't, and what it costs.
Step 3
Build and test
We test with real cases, including the exceptions.
Step 4
Handover
You learn how it all runs and what to do when something is off.
Frequently asked questions
- Is automation the same as AI?
- No. Automation follows fixed rules: if this happens, do that. We only bring in AI where a step really needs understanding, such as reading free text.
- Do I need to buy new software?
- Usually not. We work with what you already have as much as possible. If something is needed after all, it's in the plan up front.
- What if one of my systems changes?
- Then you get an alert, so nothing sits there unnoticed. We make changes in consultation with you, with a price up front.
- Where should I start?
- With the work that comes back most often and annoys you most. That's usually where most of the time goes. We work it out together in the consultation.
