AI agents
AI agents that finish work on their own, within your rules
An AI agent is more than a helper that suggests a piece of text. An agent carries out a task from start to finish: looking things up, checking something, taking a step in your system and then choosing the next step itself.
The difference with one-off AI help: the agent keeps going without you clicking through every step. That's why you set the limits up front. What it may do on its own, what it must check with you, and what it must never do.
When does an agent fit?
- A task is made of many small steps that are slightly different every time.
- Your team looks up the same information in three or four systems.
- Work piles up because nobody has time to pick it up.
- You want AI to do more than groundwork, but with a brake on it.
What we build for you
The task written out
Together we pin down what the agent does, step by step, and where it has to stop.
Limits and permissions
The agent only gets access to what it needs for the task. Nothing more.
Approval where it matters
Sensitive steps, like sending or changing something, go to you first.
Activity log
Everything the agent does can be read back: what it did and why.
Works in your own systems
The agent uses what you already have, such as your email, calendar or customer system.
Off switch
You can pause or stop the agent at any moment.
What it gets you
Work that keeps moving
Tasks get finished, even while you're busy with something else.
Control without checking everything
You set the rules once and only approve what matters.
No black box
You can always trace what happened, and why.
What it costs
An agent is custom work. You begin with a paid consultation: we look at whether an agent fits your task, or whether something simpler works better. You get our advice in writing. If you go ahead, that fee comes off the job, and you get a fixed price before we start building.
Not included: the subscription to the AI model. You pay that directly to the provider. And an agent makes mistakes too. That's why we never build one without limits, a log and moments where you check in.
How it works
Step 1
Consultation
Which task, which systems, which risks? You get our advice in writing.
Step 2
Rules and fixed price
You see what the agent may do, what it must check with you and what it costs.
Step 3
Trial run
The agent first works on your examples, while you check every step.
Step 4
At work
Only once you're happy does it start for real. You learn how to steer it.
Frequently asked questions
- How is this different from an AI integration?
- An AI integration does one thing for you, like drafting an email. An agent carries out a whole task with several steps, and picks the next step itself within your rules.
- Can an agent get things wrong?
- Yes, just like a person. That's why it only gets the permissions it needs, checks sensitive steps with you and keeps a log.
- Do I need to know how to code?
- No. You describe the task and the rules in your own words. We turn that into the agent.
- What if my task works better without AI?
- Then we'll tell you. Sometimes plain automation with fixed rules is simpler and more reliable. You get that advice in writing too.
